Biography


Anna Liotta, CEO of Resultance, Inc., has spent more than 15 years speaking and consulting with organizations and leaders on effective leadership and marketing communications.

Anna holds a Masters degree in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Communications Management from the University of Portland.

Her expertise in inter-generational dynamics comes from an advanced degree in multi-generational communications and conflict earned the old-fashion way - she lived it! Anna is one of 19 children.


She was a member of the UW faculty for 4 years, and continues to serve as adjunct faculty with the Executive MBA Program. Anna has also taught continuing education courses for over 8 years in self-expression, leadership, effective communications and peak performance. Her students have ranged from Nuclear Physicists to CEOs of Fortune 50 companies, undergraduates to MBAs.

Resultance, Inc. was founded in 1998, after Anna worked with the world famous Pike Place Fish Co. and their premier consulting team to develop the FISH! and FISH Sticks! videos. Since then she has consulted internationally with organizations such as Wells Fargo, Honda, Coca Cola, Ceridian, Office Max, Safeco Insurance, Merrill Lynch, and more, in locations as far away as Mexico, London, Japan, and Italy.

Anna is an award-winning speaker, who leads audiences large and small in understanding the impact of effective communication and leadership. The IDEA Conference ranked her #1 in Highest Satisfaction and Best Value over 400 of her peers. In 2003, she was honored by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the ‘Top 40 Under 40’. Anna collaborated with co-honorees to start an alumni association and currently serves as the President of NW Next Leaders Council.

In addition to speaking and consulting, Anna takes time to give back to her community as a member of over 50 associations. Currently she serves on the boards of First Tee of Greater Seattle, the National Speakers Association, the National Board of Executive Women International, Columbia Tower Club, and CEO to CEO. She also founded a not-for-profit, Women Taking a Swing at Cancer, which served over 3,000 people who‘s lives have been touched by cancer. Throughout her philanthropic career Anna has raised over $2 million for charity.
